I attended Dr Sondra’s retreat in Mexico and it literally changed my life.
I had a nagging feeling of unrest and loss that I wasn’t embracing my full divine potential, and it was showing up in my finances, my relationships and my spirituality.
Various offerings orchestrated by Sondra unfolded each day. From walking the beach in the early morning sunrise, to movement, transformational gatherings with my retreat sisters, ceremony, ritual and connecting with the culture, I begin my journey to wholeness. I cherished time for reflection and integration as well. The setting was superb in this safe little town. I especially loved the turtle release ceremony, and my goddess emergence ritual. Sondra worked her magic and I had a profound shift reclaiming pieces of myself I lost and came home to “Me”. What a fantastic journey!
