For decades, I have been fascinated by the extraordinary human capacity to love, transform, awaken, and create a joyful life aligned with your soul.
Life has taken me through many chapters—as a therapist, coach, mentor, teacher, woman, partner, spiritual warrior, mother, seeker, and lifelong student of the human heart.
I bring the wisdom of those experiences into every conversation.
My academic background includes social work, marriage and family therapy, coaching, and decades of working with people through the profound transitions of life and love.
But the deepest things I know did not come from a degree.
They came from living. From loving. From losing. From beginning again. And from listening to the insistent voice within.
