Greet the morning by walking into the sunrise, then join your sisters on the yoga platform to awaken your body with movement, dance or yoga sessions. The morning personal ME TIME for reflection and journaling is followed by Circle Time, prioritizing your personal self discovery. This magical, safe, coastal town on the Pacific is known for its friendly inhabitants, stretches of white beaches, and the healing vibes from yoga, indigenous ceremonies, farm-to-table food, and the mesmerizing ocean which brings eternal joy to the soul. You fly into ZIH, the Zijutanejo airport that also services Ixtapa, where your private driver will escort to the villa, about 25 minutes away. As you settle in to your home by the sea, enjoy fresh veggies and the best quacaomole ever awaiting you!

“What does it mean to invest in yourself? My friends ask me why I go on retreat with Dr Sondra every year. I wouldn’t miss it for the world! My job is in the financial sectre, as the comptroller of a fortune 500 company. I am well aware of investments in the money world and their importance. However, I chose to also invest, as Sondra says, in my most precious asset, me! Yes, ME! This is MY time away from all of my outer responsibilities to focus on my own transformation. Doing this has a direct influence on all aspects of my life. It’s like I am the shell dropped into a pool. The rings go out and touch everything, how I show up at work, my relationships, my home life and most importantly, it magnifies who I want to be in this life time. I was talking with a friend recently, thinking of what it would cost to go on a week trip like this on my own. Seaside accommodations are easily $300-400 per night. If I ate at 5 star restaurants I would spend over $100 a day minimum. Checking into the onsite spa these days is really costly, for my massage and pedicure would be $200. If I had to handle my transportation, and my side trips, the costs continue to rise. I love just showing up, not having to deal with all the pressures of planning for a trip to the beach.
